From Connecticut New York Area:
Travel 95 North. After crossing the Connecticut / Rhode Island line take Exit 3 A to Route 138 East. Signs are clearly marked. You will see a sign for BRIDGES, JAMESTOWN / NEWPORT, take that exit. There are 2 bridges. The 1st bridge is free and takes you into Jamestown. Continue straight to "SCENIC NEWPORT" exit off the bridge, at the bottom of the ramp take a right. Continue straight to the 2nd traffic light. Bear to the left and continue straight to the next traffic light, there will be a Pier 1 on the right. Continue 1 block, on the left you will see Mary Street. Turn left, America's Cup Inn (previously called Inntowne Inn) is on the left and parking is on the right.

From New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Boston:
Travel 93 South to 24 South to Route 114. You will travel over a free bridge into Portsmouth, Middletown, then downtown Newport. Go as far as you can, This should bring you down to a traffic light at Thames Street (made of cobblestone). Turn left and go 1 block. Turn left onto Mary Street. America's Cup Inn (previously called Inntowne Inn) is on the left and parking is on the right.
