202	King size bed, a chair, private bath, A/C, telephone. Double occupancy. No elevator.

203	Double bed, two chairs, private bath, A/C, telephone, second floor. No elevator, double occupancy

204	Two deluxe double beds with canopy, small sitting area with desk, private bath, A/C, telephone, second floor. No elevator, double occupancy

205	Deluxe king 4-poster bed, private bath, A/C, telephone, second floor. No elevator, double occupancy.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

One nights deposit is required at the time of reservation (including tax). There is a two night minimum on weekends (in season) and a three night minimum on holidays and festival weekends.

Cancellation Policy

Guests have 7 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less $25.00 service charge.
If cancellation is made within the 7 days deposit is non-refundable.
