Fourth Floor Rooms
401/3	Two bedroom suite: one room with a double bed and the other room with a day bed (two twin beds), private bath, A/C, telephone, fourth floor. No elevator, sleeps up to four people.
402	Queen bed, two chairs, private hall bath, A/C, telephone, fourth floor. No elevator, double occupancy.
404	Two double beds, two chairs, private bath, A/C, telephone, fourth floor. No elevator.
405	King bed, two chairs, private bath, A/C, telephone, fourth floor. No elevator, double occupancy.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

One nights deposit is required at the time of reservation (including tax). There is a two night minimum on weekends (in season) and a three night minimum on holidays and festival weekends.

Cancellation Policy

Guests have 7 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less $25.00 service charge.
If cancellation is made within the 7 days deposit is non-refundable.
