Our two bedroom Apartments & Studio lofts are perfect for those looking for an extended stay or just more room & amenities. These suites are located next door in our separately owned is the Historic 20 Mary Street Building. All suites include a/c, cable TV, a kitchen/kitchenette option, private baths and specific suites can be jointed together. Guests staying in the 20 Mary Street Suites enjoy a breakfast provided by our neighbors at Drift Cafe. Classic colonial New England decor embraced with details of various America’s Cup imagery, each suite is decorated with its own unique style.

Parking is available across the street in the Mary Street Parking Lot.
Pets are allowed at an additional daily fee and only in specific accommodations so please call ahead.

Guests may Check-In after 3:30 pm and must Check-Out before 11:00 am.

Please call for availability as these suites are booked often.

In-Season Weekends are a 2 night stay minimum & 3 night stay minimum during festival & holiday weekends.

Reservations require a 1-night deposit which is refundable minus a $25 service charge up to 7 days before Check-In. Deposit is non-refundable less than 7 days before Check-In.
